All check deposits received after this date will be subject to the full ten-business day clearance policy enforced by our bank. This is regardless of your previous deposit record or if we have pre-cleared checks for you in the past. The funds must now be fully cleared by our bank before being made available for trading. This applies to personal checks, cashiers checks and all money orders. We suggest that if you need funds in your account quickly then you send a bank wire transfer, which typically takes 2-4 banking days to complete. This allows you to transfer funds from your account to the account of another member of the Exchange quickly, easily and free of charge. To request a transfer please visit your My Account page and complete the online form found under the Transfers heading. If you have questions please contact us at help@tradesports.com. Member-to-Member Transfer FAQs: How do I complete a Member-to-Member transfer? Just complete the online form. Our Exchange staff will then process the transfer for you. Is the transfer instantaneous? No. Exchange staff will review all transfer requests before they are authorised and processed. A transfer will typically be completed within 30 minutes, but may take up to 24-hours in some cases. How will I know when the transfer has been completed? You will receive an email to confirm the transfer has been completed. You will also receive an email if there are any problems or if the transfer is refused for any reason. What is the maximum amount I can transfer? The maximum transfer amount is $500.00 per transfer. What is the minimum amount I can transfer? The minimum transfer amount is $25.00 per transfer. Is there a limit on the number of transfers I can make? No. You can request as many transfers as you like. Please note however that our Exchange staff carefully review all transfers and a large number of transfers to, or from, the same account will be investigated. Are there any fees for making a transfer? No. It is completely free to make a Member-to-Member transfer. Can I cancel a transfer after it has been processed?
